Once an underused outdoor patio, this space was transformed into a moody, immersive bath retreat. A sculptural tub anchors the room beneath a rainfall-inspired pendant installation, while a boulder stone wall adds depth and drama. The design honors the home’s original architecture while creating something entirely new — grounded, quiet, and restorative.

The “Deer Suite” occupies the full second floor of the cabin. The roof was raised for the vaulted ceiling. A refreshment area houses a coffee maker, beverage refrigerator, and assorted snacks and dishware for a complete “retreat” from it all. Wall to wall windows were installed to take advantage of the water view. The balcony off the room encourages indoor/outdoor living and restful reflection.

Sculptural furnishings, tonal layering, and a lyrical chandelier bring together formality and fluidity, reflecting the home’s central ethos of bridging structure and softness, precision and emotion.
